After decades of experience in the marine repair, skilled workforce, engineering and service industries, we saw the same challenges repeatedly: inconsistent quality, missed schedules, poor communication, workforce instability and, too often, a greater focus on generating billable hours than solving the customer's problem.

We believed there was a better way to do business.

Achievement Marine was created to provide customers with a different kind of marine service partner, one built around technical competence, transparency, responsiveness and accountability.

Steve & Jenna Sanchez

Steve Sanchez is a maritime, engineering and workforce executive with more than 25 years of experience building businesses, leading complex operations and developing solutions for commercial and government customers.

Throughout his career, Steve has held executive leadership positions with national workforce and industrial services organizations and has led significant growth and diversification initiatives across the maritime, shipbuilding, industrial and government sectors. His experience spans marine repair, skilled workforce development, engineering, operational strategy, technology commercialization and organizational transformation.

Steve is also an inventor whose patented self-checkout technology, U.S. Patent Publications US 2005/0006176 A1 and US 2004/0220860 A1, contributed to the early development of self-service retail concepts. His entrepreneurial experience includes launching and developing multiple businesses and delivering emerging technologies, including augmented-reality solutions, to military and commercial customers.

A two-tour U.S. Navy combat veteran, Steve served during Operation Desert Storm and Operation Provide Comfort. His military background included training and service associated with maritime special operations, underwater demolition, and combat search and rescue. He received the Navy Achievement Medal and service recognition associated with operations in Southwest Asia and humanitarian support for Kurdish refugees.

Steve was appointed by the Governor of Virginia to the Greater Hampton Roads Workforce Development Board and is an Emeritus member of the American Equity Underwriters Advisory Board. He has also contributed to fisheries and marine research in Florida.

His multidisciplinary education includes a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and undergraduate studies in philosophy and biology at the University of North Florida. His background across business, law, engineering, science and maritime operations provides a distinctive perspective for solving complex technical and organizational problems.

At Achievement Marine, Steve is responsible for corporate strategy, customer relationships, business development and the continued expansion of the company's marine service capabilities.

Jenna Sanchez is an accomplished human resources professional and entrepreneur with experience spanning corporate HR, project management, international media and startup operations.

Early in her career, Jenna worked in project management for an international media organization, supporting television commercial production and media campaigns for globally recognized consumer brands. She later transitioned into human resources, most recently serving as an HR Manager for an international cybersecurity company. Her entrepreneurial experience also includes successfully launching and operating several retail ventures.

Jenna earned her master's degree in Sociology from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in Ukraine and completed undergraduate studies in Law and Social Science.

At Achievement Marine, Jenna oversees corporate services and supports human resources, administration, compliance, employee development and the systems necessary to provide customers with consistent, professional service.

Josh Will specializes in automotive and marine engine maintenance, diagnostics and repair.

Coming from a family with deep roots in the automotive dealership industry, Josh developed extensive hands-on experience with mechanical systems and diesel power. His strength in troubleshooting, diagnostics and component fault isolation helps ensure that problems are correctly identified before repairs begin.

That disciplined approach is central to the Achievement Marine service philosophy: diagnose accurately, repair correctly and minimize unnecessary customer downtime and expense.

As Service Manager for the Yacht Division, Josh helps coordinate service activities, technical troubleshooting and the delivery of high-quality maintenance and repair services to our customers.

Pavel Lepekhin is an experienced marine mechanic with international experience in diesel power systems, troubleshooting, repair and installation. His strong mechanical aptitude, innovative approach to problem-solving and exceptional attention to detail make him a valuable member of the Achievement Marine Yacht Division.

Pavel brings a methodical, hands-on approach to every project, with a focus on accurate diagnosis, quality workmanship and reliable solutions. His commitment to doing the job correctly and efficiently reflects Achievement Marine’s philosophy of creating solutions for our customers, not excuses.

Brandon Haines is a highly experienced craftsman specializing in marine diesel engine repair, installation and mechanical systems.

Before entering the marine industry, Brandon held production and management positions within the automotive and custom-project fabrication sectors, developing extensive experience in mechanical systems, design, troubleshooting and complex builds. His combination of practical craftsmanship and systems knowledge provides Achievement Marine customers with an experienced resource for diesel propulsion, equipment installation and challenging mechanical projects.

Brandon's focus is simple: perform the work safely, professionally and in accordance with applicable manufacturer and marine-industry requirements.
